Our Competitor’s program is designed for experienced, high-level athletes looking to compete at local/regional competitions and work toward an ultimate goal of qualifying for the CrossFit Mid-Atlantic regional. This program requires at least 90 minutes of time to complete as it includes supplemental strength and skill work.
Participants will need to be consistent and dedicated to their training. This program will push your limits, improve your weaknesses, and prepare you to compete with the best CrossFitters in the region. Come prepared to train!
