6 Goblet Squats w/ a moderate weight (6:00)
9 V Ups/Sit Ups (9:00)
*Go back to dips, etc.

DB goblet lunge x 12 total (alternating)
Bent over DB Alt row x 10 ( 2 sec hold at top of rep)
KB curtsy lunges x 8 each
