CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

I started CrossFit when I was fifteen years old. I never competed in any sports growing up and I was the farthest thing from athletic. I started CrossFit just as a means to get in shape and lose some weight. However, once I started, I fell in love with it. Pushing my limits and discovering what my body could do was amazing. I decided to get my L1 many years after CrossFit entered my life in order to show others just what it can do for them. This sport has given me a newfound love for health and fitness that I love projecting on my members and classes.
