"Bond" is passionate about fitness and his outgoing, encouraging personality make him a great coach and asset to Ridgeline.   His goal is to make your time spent at our gym the best part of your day. Bond believes in coaching athletes to their own personal potential, while providing a fun positive environment that promotes lifelong friendships.  Trained and skilled in gymnastic movements, Bond is able to correct movement inefficiencies so athletes are able to improve their gymnastic abilities.
