CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

2014 CF Mid-Atlantic Regional Team Competitor

2016 CF Atlantic Regional Team Competitor

A Morgantown native and WVU alumni, Hilary works as a licensed Occupational Therapist where she helps people by restoring function, living independent lives, and improving quality of life. She has found that CrossFit is not much different than her every day line of work -  using functional movements can help restore function and assist in achieving goals across all aspects of a person’s life. Hilary currently works in the school system, which has broadened her outlook on how children move, the sensory input systems used to help those movements occur, as well as being able to break down each activity into a smaller, more understandable sequence for the best results.

A lifetime athlete, Hilary was a key member of the WVU crew team for 4 years. During this time, Hilary extended her knowledge in teamwork, organization, technique and was introduced to the importance of strength and conditioning. Upon finishing her rowing career, Hilary began CrossFit shortly after, not knowing the impact it would make on her life.

Since beginning CrossFit, Hilary has competed at both the local and regional level. She has found that being a part of a team is what she truly enjoys, pushing her limits beyond what she feels comfortable to achieve a common goal for all team members.
