IS CROSSFIT FOR EVERYONE?

Yes, CrossFit is for everyone, from the young to the old.  From the student to the grandmother.  All workouts can be SCALED.  Each exercise we perform can be broken down to very simple movements and scaled to your fitness level.

HOW MANY DAYS A WEEK SHOULD I COME?

We suggest a minimum of three, but no more than five.  Your body needs it's rest and recovery days.

IF I HAVE DONE CROSSFIT BEFORE, DO I NEED TO GO THROUGH THE INTRO CLASS?

No, simply contact us and set up a time to come in, sign up, and WOD with us.

ARE GUESTS PERMITTED?

Local guests are permitted as long as you call/email ahead and reserve an intro with one of the coaches.  Out of town guests are not permitted unless they are experienced CrossFitters.

WHAT IS YOUR DROP-IN FEE?

$15 Drop In Fee

CAN I DO MORE THAN JUST YOUR CROSSFIT WOD?

Absolutely, but do so with precaution and do not over-train.  There is logic behind our programming and mixing programs can lead to injury.  Feel free to work on skills, mobility, or make up some strength work.  However, class WODs take priority, so try not to interfere.
