Boot Camp

Are you a little intimidated by CrossFit? Do you enjoy high-intensity group training but dislike the complex lifts? 

Our BOOTCAMP program might be the right fit for you! This program is geared toward improving overall fitness by combining high-intensity training (without complex Olympic lifts) and nutritional guidance. Bootcamp is for ALL fitness levels and will help participants lose body fat, gain lean muscle, get stronger, increase energy, and improve confidence. Be prepared to sweat and feel the burn!!
